Cabinet, Corner Cupboard Wall Mounted This is a simple wall-mounted corner cupboard. The carcass is 3/4?birch plywood. The trim is 5/8' thick cherry. Over the years, I have constructed a number of cherry/birch and cherry/maple projects in the house. We like the look of the contrasting colours of these wood species.

Cabinet, Corner Entertainment Center With this project we are revisiting an earlier theme: how to make a TV (and its associated VCR, Cable box and other paraphernalia) less intrusive in a fairly small room. While the popular approach is typically to hide everything behind a large entertainment center, we remain unconvinced that this is the best approach. Instead, we offer the following TV solution that leaves the television in full view while hiding all of the other equipment. This free woodworking plans and woodworkers projects information is courtesy of the Am-Wood web site.

Cabinet, Corner Media (PDF) It seems to me that TVs are getting bigger by the day. But unfortunately, the space we have to put them in does not grow along with them. So what is the answer? How about this corner media cabinet. It is designed to fit into the corner of a room while still giving you plenty of space to hold a big screen TV and all the extras that go with it. The cutting diagrams and materials list are available to download in this Online Extra.

Cabinet, Corner Media - Upper Case (PDF) Building the upper cabinet is pretty much a repeat of what you did on the lower cabinet. It is taller, so some of the dimensions will change, but the joinery and techniques are the same. The cutting diagrams and materials list are available to download in this Online Extra.

Cabinet, Entertainment Center - Sectional Options (PDF) When designing the Sectional Entertainment Center in issue No. 136, we decided to use hard maple, as you can see in the photo above. But we could have just as easily chosen another type of wood to build it out of. This alternate design option is available to download in this Online Extra.
