The Who, What, Where, When, Why and How...
Who is asking for a donation of support?
My name is Jim Barry. I'm a woodworker who owns and maintains the www.FreeWoodworkingPlan.com
online database. Click here to send me an email.
What am I asking for?
I am asking for a small financial donation in support of the ongoing maintenance of the www.FreeWoodworkingPlan.com online database.
The www.FreeWoodworkingPlan.com online
database is a resource of URL's that are hand picked and manually inserted into the online database. It's
there to help your searching of a woodworking plan that much easier. I don't own the plans
that are linked within the database, I just provide a service to help categorize the free
woodworking plans that are available online. I am also here to help if you are having a difficult
time finding a free woodworking plan.
Where can you make the donation?
If you wish, you can make the donation by one of the following;
1. Clicking on the PayPal donate button at the bottom of this page.
2. Mail a check, cash or international money order to Jim Barry, P.O. Box 25, Goshen, Nova Scotia, Canada, B0H-1M0.
3. If you have available via your own online banking, the ability to transfer funds
via Interac, then you can send your donation to webm@freewoodworkingplan.com.
When can you make the donation?
Anytime!
The BIG question...WHY?
Prior to March of 2008 I relied mostly on the online advertising, banners, etc to try and make ends meet. In a leap
of faith I decided to remove the bulk of the advertising hoping you will have a more enjoyable browsing experiance
without all the flashy ads. Donating is completely voluntary by you and is by no means
forced upon you as a requirement to use the online database resources of www.FreeWoodworkingPlan.com. This site's
online database never charges an access fee but it does cost money to maintain and operate
it, mostly because of the time involved. Since 1998 I've been managing by myself. The
site has grown so much that I have had to hire an employee. I am now asking for your financial support.
How can you make a donation of support?
By clicking on the button below. I have an International Business Account verified with PayPal® (an EBay®
company). Which provides a secure enviroment for you to donate over the Internet by using
PayPal® as a online secure credit card transaction processor. Or, like I mentioned earlier, you can mail in your donation or use an Interac® money transfer via your online banking system.
PayPal® accepts the major credit cards in a variety of currencies including US dollars, Canadian dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling
and Yen. All other currencies accepted are converted into US dollars on your credit card.
The PayPal® service is currently available in many countries around the world.
There is no set amount so whatever value you may place, at $1.00 or more, on the
service I provide. I truely appreciate any support. Thank you.
